If it happened that an article is defective or not in conformity, the purchaser has 15 working days, as from the reception of the articles, to ask for an exchange or a refunding. If the fifteen (15) day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the first following working day.
The customer must return the new or unused items in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by any accessories, instructions and documentation (in its original cellophane packaging and with the corresponding invoice). In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org (description and photos attached).
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Templar Cross® is required to reimburse the sums paid by the client, without charge, except for the cost of return. Reimbursement is due within a maximum period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).
The return shipping costs are then at your expense.
In the event of a refund, we guarantee that it will be made within 14 days or less from the date of receipt of the returned package. No C.O.D. shipment will be accepted, whatever the reason.
