When will I receive my order ?
The processing of your order, the manufacture of the products and the delivery require from our team a delay of 10 to 25 working days maximum for shipments. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our goods.

How much does delivery cost ?
We deliver our products all over the world. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all our deliveries are free of charge.
My order is not complete
If your order includes several items, it is possible that these will be sent separately, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.
I did not receive my order
Something wrong with the Post Office? Package lost, broken, destroyed?
With our secure delivery, Templar Cross takes care of the disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We don't blame the carrier by letting you "fend for yourself". We assume full responsibility by immediately sending you a new parcel at our expense.

Yes, as long as your order is not "in process".
Can I cancel my order ?
It is absolutely possible to cancel your order ! However, if the order is already in preparation, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price.

I would like to return an item
We are only able to accept a return in the case of a proven product defect.
Our articles undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defect, please send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to email@example.com along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Templar Cross ships his products all over the world in all legality. However, the buyer is responsible for the import taxes of his country, we decline all responsibility.
